The BelGAS CP P8100 Liquid Level Controller is the industry standard black box level controller used in a wide range of applications where a liquid level needs to be controlled and maintained. The P8100 is has pneumatic Snap, Throttle, and Hybrid Snap pilots and Electric switch options. The Hybrid Snap pilot is a no bleed pilot perfect for minimizing emissions. The P8100 is offered in a Left Hand, Right Hand, or Centerback mount configuration. All units are NACE standard construction.

Features:

Snap or Throttle Pilot Valves: The Snap Pilot provides an output of the full supply pressure at the desired span; while the Throttle Pilot provides a proportional output of 0 to full supply across the entire desired span.
Sealed and Vented Case: The case is designed to keep the internal mechanism isolated from the weather while also allowing gases from the pilot valve to escape or be vented away.
Field Reversible: The unit can be reoriented to left handed or right handed and to direct or indirect acting in the field.
Adjustable Level and Span: With simple internal adjustments to the spring (level) and sensitivity arm (span) the unit can provide a wide range of options. Instructions are listed on the inside of the door for easy access.
No Bleed Hybrid Pilot: The Hybrid Pilot is a snap-acting pilot that utilizes a soft seat design. This design allows for a positive seat seal making the controller a non-bleed unit eliminated all fugitive emissions
Electric Switches: The unit can be configured with a SPDT or DPDT electric switch.
Works with any fluid with specific gravity greater than 0.8
Various displacer lengths available for shorter or taller scrubber pots
